    Interesting to see Dayan Sherman’s mecha’ah against the
    book/pashkevil “Mishpetei Yisroel” on page 188 onwards.

    I tried to download the sefer, using the link provided. However I got the following messsage:

    DT, is ROY saying that the Rabbanut is ok and their gittin are not possul against the sefer Mishpatei Yisroel? If my statement is correct, how could this be? We all know the shenanegans that the rabbanut do to extract gittin forcibly!

    why not just contact the publishers - they say they will distribute it to those who contact them.

    Alternatively just ask them if they object to distributing it through Scribd

    Not a collection of views, but a collection of views against it.
    And without noting the sharp political background to the backlash against this get, having to do with wanting to prevent Dati Leumi Rav Lavie's appt to the Beit Din HaGadol.
