Miracles - is a Jew required to believe in them?

Belief in miracles is not one of the 13 principles of faith. If a Jew rejects miracles is he a heretic?

    If the Torah said they happened, they did, or we believe they did.
    How we interpret them is a different matter.

    But if some alleged event Is supposed to have happened in Ukraine or Vilna, there's no obligation to believe it.
