EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Unlike Israel’s earlier peace agreements with Egypt and Jordan, the Abraham Accords involved Arab countries that do not border Israel, have never fought it on the battlefield, and are relatively unburdened by the Palestinian question. Accordingly, they were able to implement a “people to people” peace that eluded their predecessors.
The countries involved economically boycotted Israel, did not recognize its existence and in some cases sent troops to assist in the various Arab wars against it. What's more, unlike the agreements with Egypt and Jordan, relationships with these countries are open and encourage trade and tourism.

DeleteThe Accords did not deal with the root causes of the conflict
It was like Senator Aiken's suggested resolution of the Vietnam War - "Declare victory and remove all troops. Just pretend there is no problem and it will go away. Made Trump a real estate empire but is not of great use in resolving hostilities
Root of the problem is ppl giving Gaza attention. Hamas senior officials have profited billions off the conflict, no? Trump started the stage for a solution by ignoring Gaza
