After seeing this interview, I do not think that the "forgiveness"-path is a good idea.
The victim still seems completely intimidated by the perpetrator, while the perpetrator is completely at his ease, talking, sure that his crimes were not that bad.
Looks like the typical manipulator constellation.
Let this be a warning to therapists: don't forgive too much or too soon!!!
May the Almighty grant her the strength to face her abuser this way, and the mental health to see it through.
