Sorry to say, something is wrong with “Hisachdus Harabbonim” http://mamzeralert.blogspot.com/ Thursday, November 29, 2018Rabbis Gestetner and Shuchat Declare Atara Kreindel an Eishes Ish “Simcha Moshe was summoned to Bais Din Agudas HaRabbonim of the Unite d States and Canada. He refused to appear, based upon the instruction of his mentor Berel Futerfas of Crown Heights, since his rights were being trampled upon. A seruv was subsequently issued against him from the besdin. Meanwhile, Mrs. Atara Kreindler went to the disreputable International Beit Din of Simcha Hacohen Krauss, Yehuda Warburg and Ariel Holland. They invented a heter for Atara to receive an annulment based upon a faulty three-pronged reasoning, and based upon the testimony of Atara alone: that Simcha Moshe never consummated the marriage; that he suffers from some mysterious mental illness; and the 'fact' that Atara's mother, a convert, didn't really keep Shabbos after the conversion. These three charlatans then suggested she find a rabbi who will agree to let her use this reasoning as a 'bargaining chip' to convince her husband to grant her a get.”
Looks to me that Simcha Moshe committed bad faith marriage to Atara Kreindel. Bad faith = The concept is similar to perfidy, or being "without faith", in which deception is achieved when one side in a conflict promises to act in good faith (e.g. by raising a flag of surrender) with the intention of breaking that promise once the enemy has exposed himself. After Jean-Paul Sartre's analysis of the concepts of self-deception and bad faith, bad faith has been examined in specialized fields as it pertains to self-deception as two semi-independently acting minds within one mind, with one deceiving the other.
