Jerusalem Welcomes New Embassy

  1. “Hamas has signaled that large crowds might try to break through the border fence. Israel said that it reinforced troops on the Gaza border with combat battalions, special units and snipers”
Hamas thinks they can do similar to the wicked Midian, Amalek, and Kememites in the Bible. Ha! Not today!
“I in turn will do this to you: I will wreak misery upon you—consumption and fever, which cause the eyes to pine and the body to languish; you shall sow your seed to no purpose, for your enemies shall eat it. I will set My face against you: you shall be routed by your enemies, and your foes shall dominate you. You shall flee though none pursues” (Leviticus 26:16-17).
Rashi: “That the death (i.e. epidemic) will kill you on the inside (i.e. inside the walls of your besieged city,) while your enemies surround you on the outside.”
“Then the Israelites did what was offensive to the Lord, and the Lord delivered them into the hands of the Midianites for seven years. The hand of the Midianites prevailed over Israel; and because of Midian, the Israelites provided themselves with refuges in the caves and strongholds of the mountains. After the Israelites had done their sowing, Midian, Amalek, and the Kedemites would come up and raid them; they would attack them, destroy the produce of the land all the way to Gaza, and leave no means of sustenance in Israel, not a sheep or an ox or an ass. For they would come up with their livestock and their tents, swarming as thick as locusts; they and their camels were innumerable. Thus they would invade the land and ravage it. Israel was reduced to utter misery by the Midianites, and the Israelites cried out to the Lord” (Judges 6:1-6).

This was the trick of the wicked Midian, Amalek, and Kememites --- to light fires in the wheat fields part of the attack. We’re seeing today our wicked enemies trying to light fires…

  2. Rabbi Eidensohn,

In your opinion, is this a positive development?

  3. The video attempts to blacken Trump by showing Palestinian protests in Gaza. Hypocritically, it fails to mention that Gaza's Hamas leaders reject the peace process and that the point of its recent protests are to demonstrate the goal of smashing the border and taking over the whole of Israel.

  4. Paranoid rubbish. Who is going to take over Israel, teenagers with tires? Even Iran and Syria can't fight back against Israeli. What's going on here is sheer murder.

  5. It doesn't matter what Hamas says. Everybody in Gaza is not Hamas. They are human beings. And the Israelis are just killers.

“The Trump administration gets it and blames Hamas fully for the casualties in Gaza, and separating itself from ALL previous administrations, asks for no “restraint” under the circumstances. That is something entirely new. But then comes The New York Times with the same old grudge and runs its top story like this --“Israel kills dozens and injures 2,400 at Gaza border.” Kills? That is pure yellow journalism using the active voice to spread a big lie. The passive voice works like this -- “Gas pipelines in Gaza were seriously damaged during Palestinian protests.” Why so dubious? We know the Islamic terrorists did it to themselves, and Hamas provoked it… Then we hear, as always, that they WANT Jerusalem as their own capital and heard it, we did…”
Most everybody in Gaza today is like the wicked Midian, Amalek, and the Kedemites in the Bible:
“After the Israelites had done their sowing, Midian, Amalek, and the Kedemites would come up and raid them; they would attack them, destroy the produce of the land all the way to Gaza, and leave no means of sustenance in Israel, not a sheep or an ox or an ass.” (Judges 6:4). Christians and relatively good people long since emigrated Gaza and terrorists immigrated Gaza. I heard on a CNN video a woman in Gaza wants to go to Israel…

“White House spokesperson says Hamas provoking violence which led to deaths of 52 Gazans, Israel has right to self-defense.” Blog Author, are you against Trump?

  8. They are people who were attempting to break the border fence. As Ambassador Haley said, no country would tolerate that. The Israeli Secret Service said the plan was that once the border was down, Hamas activists were to get through and kidnap or kill soldiers.
    Please read up the subject.

  9. Seems, our blog author is on the same page as Daniel Kurzter.
    See https://www.israelnationalnews.com/Articles/Article.aspx/22153
“What about the forces along Israel’s borders, which Kurtzer insists are so benign? Yes, part of Israel’s southern border straddles Egypt, with which Israel has a peace treaty. But Kurtzer seems to have forgotten that the other part of the southern border—the part closest to Israel’s population centers—is the Gaza Strip, controlled by the mass-murderers of Hamas. That’s the same Hamas regime which each week organizes mobs of firebomb-throwers to try to crash through the border fence, into Israel. Has Kurtzer been watching the news lately”

  10. On the NK website, they are making crazy statements, now they are claiming (as taught to them by Palestinian revisionists) that Jerusalem was never a Capital city for the Jews/Israel. They bring this definition "the most important city or town of a country or region, usually its seat of government and administrative center."
Yet the Old Testament (which is denied by Palestinians and NK) says as follows:
    2 Samuel 5:
4 David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years.
5 In Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months; and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years over all Israel and Judah.

A king reigns over his nation and tribes from a city, which was initially Hevron, then Jerusalem. This was the political and administrative capital.

So we see that these people are not only ignoramuses, but apikorsim, who deny the Torah and Neviim.

“Awake, awake, O Zion! Clothe yourself in splendor; Put on your robes of majesty, Jerusalem, holy city! For the uncircumcised and the unclean Shall never enter you again. Arise, shake off the dust, Sit [on your throne], Jerusalem! Loose the bonds from your neck, O captive one, Fair Zion! For thus said the Lord: You were sold for no price, And shall be redeemed without money. For thus said the Lord God: Of old, My people went down To Egypt to sojourn there; But Assyria has robbed them, Giving nothing in return [Whereas the Israelites themselves sought hospitality in Egypt, Assyria (i.e., the Chaldean Empire) has exiled them by force]. What therefore do I gain here? —declares the Lord— For My people has been carried off for nothing, Their mockers howl— declares the Lord— And constantly, unceasingly, My name is reviled. Assuredly, My people shall learn My name, Assuredly [they shall learn] on that day That I, the One who promised, Am now at hand. How welcome on the mountain Are the footsteps of the herald Announcing happiness, Heralding good fortune, Announcing victory, Telling Zion, “Your God is King!” Hark! Your watchmen raise their voices, As one they shout for joy; For every eye shall behold The Lord’s return to Zion. Raise a shout together, O ruins of Jerusalem! For the Lord will comfort His people, Will redeem Jerusalem. The Lord will bare His holy arm In the sight of all the nations And the very ends of earth shall see The victory of our God” (Isaiah 52: 1-10).
