Code of silence in public school abuse

Sexual encounters between 4- and 5-year-old students were allegedly an "everyday thing" at a private California preschool that is closing its doors after coming under attack for a lack of supervision, the mother of a 5-year-old former student said.

    Rabbi, I think the video you posted at the top of this story is a different school and different story.
    Why combine the two stories as if they are one?
    The video is a story of sexual abuse by two teachers. The article is about 4 and 5 year olds having oral sex with eachother. Two different subjects.
