Medrash Tehilim (83) The righteous say to the Lord, "What will You do" They say to Him, "Arise," and He rises, as it says, "Arise, O Lord." They say to Him, "Do not sleep," and He awakens, as it says, "Rouse Yourself! Why do You sleep, O Lord?" And He awakens, as it says, "Then the Lord awakened as one out of sleep." They say to Him, "Be like one who is silent," and He listens, as it says, "Who among you will listen to this? Will listen and heed in the time to come?"
