My theory, allow me. Adam, Eve, and Cain spent the first Shabbat in the Garden of Eden. In the Midrash Adam, Eve and everyone ate from the forbidden Tree of Knowledge on Friday the day God created them. In the midrash, there is a view, that Cain murdered Abel on that Friday. In the midrash that Friday 2 went to bed (had sex) and out came 5 on that day.
My theory. Rabbinic judges are not to judge criminal cases on the Sabbath, so God also didn’t. America citizens will judge on November 3, 2020 who is shifty and must not be POTUS. Shifty = (of a person or their manner) appearing deceitful or evasive (a shifty, fast-talking lawyer). Surely Biden and Harris are the shifty ones and not Trump and Pence.

Plain reading. Looks like Adam and Eve thought, maybe, eating of the forbidden tree is a hoax as the shifty Serpent said: “Now the serpent was the shrewdest ערום of all the wild beasts that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, Did God really say: You shall not eat of any tree of the garden? The woman replied to the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the other trees of the garden. It is only about fruit of the tree in the middle of the garden that God said: You shall not eat of it or touch it, lest you die. And the serpent said to the woman, You are not going to die, but God knows ידע [others God, who knows] that as soon as you eat of it your eyes will be opened and you will be like divine beings who know ידעי good and bad. She also gave some to her husband, and he ate. BiotechObserver: Did Adam and Eve feel eating of the forbidden tree a hoax? That they should listen only to the shifty serpent? Did Adam and Eve attempt to justify getting all their descendants in deep peril? All the way to us now with the Coronavirus? Many elderly and in danger of dying? There is a midrash that Adam spoke to Cain, asking Cain how Cain’s judgment before God went. Adam remarked that he didn’t know of the power of saying sorry I sinned...

More Torah thought on בראשית. Adam not charged with a crime while in the Garden of Eden. My theory: Adam believed the shifty fast-talking serpent in the Garden of Eden who speaks as the shifty fast-talking Democratic senators at the Judge Amy Barrett hearing. Torah says: “Then the man said, This one at last Is bone of my bones עצם מעצמי And flesh of my flesh ובשר מבשרי. This one shall be called Woman אשה, For from man מאיש was she taken לקחה זאת. Hence a man leaves יעזב איש his father and mother and clings ודבק to his wife, so that they become one flesh והיו לבשר אחד.” (Genesis 2:23-24).
ReplyDeleteMy theory. Adam so desired Eve, sexually, wow. God created men to have huge sexual attraction to the opposite sex. Men would surely leave their father and mother who raised them.

Down in the USA, terrible progressive-left judges made new law permitting same sex marriages, without legislation. Surely, citizens in America would never approve legislation to allow same sex marriage. Bravo Trump is changing SCOTUS to stop making new laws...
