President Trump has spoken about asking Elon Musk to do him a "favor" by bringing the astronauts home, blaming the Biden administration's incompetence. But, it's important to note that according to CNN, NASA already had a plan under the Biden administration for SpaceX to work on a new spacecraft to bring them home.
