In its first year, the New York-based International Beit Din (IBD), headed by Rabbi Simcha Krauss, a widely respected rabbi here and in Israel, has resolved nearly 20 cases of agunot, chained women, freeing them from their loveless marriages.
In doing so, it has incurred the condemnation of some leading rabbinic authorities, most notably, and recently, Rabbi Hershel Schachter, a leading rosh yeshiva at Yeshiva University’s rabbinical school, who last month penned a public letter of protest dismissing the court’s collective rulings and pronouncing Rabbi Krauss unfit to make complex decisions regarding agunot.
“Rabbi Menachem Penner, dean of YU’s rabbinic school, offered a statement on Tuesday, noting that the institution has “played a leading role in the effort to resolve the plight of agunot in a manner that is fully compliant with halacha,” citing its involvement in creating ORA (Organization for the Resolution of Agunot).”

ORA fights for the timely and unconditional issuance of a get. ORA pursues its mission through agunah case advocacy, early intervention programs, and educational initiatives for agunah prevention. Could anybody, reasonably, be against ORA? ORA for years to free Tamar, e.g.

They have protested in front of Camp's office, signed a petition at change.org, started a website (freetamar.org) and in February, bombarded Camp's official congressional Facebook page. But Susan Aranoff, director of Agunah International, which supports Jewish women seeking divorces, said social media has little effect because many husbands still are resistant after all the bullets have been fired."

1.I request permission to submit these papers concerning my motion 2018--1149 12/10/2018. I'm attaching an affidavit of service proving I mailed by UPS a true copy to Susan.
2.Is Judge Eric I. Prus aware that the 1995 Rigler Order of Separation is a fraud, that I never got a copy of despite repeated requests? He has no prerogative to refuse me to see a copy of that fake/phony critical document. He is treating me unethically and favoring Susan. He is making a mockery of NYS civil courts by refusing to show me the fake/phony 1995 Rigler Order of Separation.
3.Susan and I signed aliya (Israeli government) papers in 1989 that we want to live in Jerusalem. Susan opened a file against me in Brooklyn Supreme Court in 1991---and never proved her complaints. If Susan would allow me my TIAA pension, I'll drop all my complaints and letters etc. I trust the court will cancel the Garson etc $25,000 fines against me etc. Susan totally won 55% of my TIAA pension lifetime without the need to introduce the fake/phony 1995 Rigler Order of Separation.
4.I went to Israel in 1991 without Susan. I sent Susan a get in 1993 which Susan accepted at Rabbi Ralbag's court. I met Yemima after I divorced Susan. Susan claims --- complete nonsense --- I abandoned her and the house. My NYS Court of Appeals motion number 1149 return date December 10, 2018 will get to the bottom, maybe.
5.Susan's website says: “Agunah International Inc. The Rabbi Emanuel Rackman Agunah International Beit Din L'Inyenei Agunot Our Mission: To free women trapped in dead marriages by recalcitrant husbands who refuse to grant a Get. To promote a systemic halachic solution to free agunot. Rabbinical courts must be encouraged to assert their halachic authority to dissolve dead marriages by applying the halachic concepts of kiddushei ta'u, hafka'at kiddushin, and umdenah. To alert the Jewish community as to the severity and magnitude of the agunah problem. To educate the Jewish community about Halachic precedents and remedies for freeing agunot. To counsel women whose husbands use the Get as a weapon to extort financial gain or custodial rights, or to exact revenge during the divorce process.”
6.My marriage with Susan became a dead marriage on February 17, 1993. Susan uses the NYS court system as a weapon to extract financial gain from me. Susan is an embarrassment to her cause of the agunah.
Berel, I saw the youtube. No. They proved the fellow a liar who claimed that vaccinations cause more harm than good. This reminds me of the Woody Allen movie where he wakes up in the future. In the future they prove that smoking is a cure for cancer…ha ha. Rabbi Kaminetsky is a liar to seek for and to use the phony/fake PhD psychology letter that Aron is insane, follow, Berel, Eddie, Yehoshua, IsraelReader, etc ?
