dont learn from an unfit gadol

  2. Beautiful Rambam, thank you Daattorah.
    Chagigah 15b:
But how did R. Meir learn Torah at the mouth of Aher? Behold Rabbah b. Bar Hana said that R. Johanan said: What is the meaning of the verse, “For the lips of a priest guard knowledge, And men seek rulings from his mouth; [or: For the lips of a priest are observed; Knowledge and ruling are sought from his mouth] For he is a messenger of the Lord of Hosts” (Malachi 2:7). [This means that] if the teacher is like an angel of the Lord of hosts, they should seek the Law at his mouth, but if not, they should not seek the Law at his mouth! Resh Lakish answered: R. Meir found a verse and expounded it [as follows]: “Incline your ear and listen to the words of the sages; Pay attention to my wisdom” (Proverbs 22:17). It does not say, unto their knowledge, but unto my knowledge [Since the heart may not be applied to their knowledge, it shows that the acts of the wise men referred to must be wicked. Nevertheless, their words may be listened to. Thus R. Meir could learn from Aher, provided he did not imitate the latter's deeds.]. R. Hanina said, [he decided it] from here: “Take heed, lass, and note, incline your ear: forget your people and your father’s house” (Psalms 45:11) [i.e., hearken to the words of the wise, but forget their actions, if they are wicked]. The verses contradict one another [i.e., the two verses contradict Mal. II,7 quoted above]! There is no contradiction: in the one case Scripture refers to an adult [an adult, unlike a child, can use discrimination, and avoid the teacher's wrongdoing; hence the last two verses permit him to learn even from a heretic], in the other to a child. When R. Dimi came [to Babylon] he said: In the West, they say: R. Meir ate the date and threw the kernel away.
We have to take the dates from Rabbis Greenblatt and Kamenetsky and throw the kernels away, follow, Eddie?

  4. The Schuchan Aruch says that a good/righteous man should not provide his own true witness and evidence in a court where he knows that a lying/trickster/rasha will also be giving court evidence alongside his testimony.

“A wicked person is forbidden to testify, and even a kosher witness, who knows that his fellow is wicked, and the judges do not know that the fellow is wicked, is forbidden to testify with the wicked fellow, even though he is a true witness. And no need to say that a kosher witness that knows that the testimony of his fellow, the 2nd witness alongside himself, is a lying witness, is forbidden to testify.”
The fake/phony letter of the PhD professional mental to justify that Tamar is free, requires that Rabbis Greenblatt and Kamenetsky recuse themselves from the dispute of Tamar and her husband Aaron and not express any opinions. Whoever wrote that fake/phony letter is obviously a wicked person. It would help is the author of the letter repudiates that letter. Follow, Eddie (or should I say Rabbi Aryea Ralbag?),
