    MOst of the opponents to these conversions, do not recognise the State of Israel or its Rabbanut. Incidentally, many dayanim in the Rabbanut also dont recognize the State. So why should they recognize conversion carried out in the IDF?

    Most likely chacham Yosef is more knowlegable about the Military conversions than rav Sternbuch.

    Eddie,what are you saying?That's exactly the point,rabbinim who are fit for such things should be in charge of the halachic procedures in geryus.Not the army.
