Do you remember the Jewish Philosopher blog from back in the heyday of the Jewish blogs? He used to troll OTD blogs just to rile people up. He'd show up on the blog and leave a hurtful comment, then watch as the angry OTD's posted insult after insult without responding until they stopped. Then he'd comment again and sit back as again the OTD's went wild and gave him exactly what he wanted - pointless outrage.
ReplyDeleteThat's what Trump is doing, of course. He knows darn well that those afflicted with TDS like you won't simply roll their eyes and turn the page. They're obsess over this, post about it, ruminate over it until the frothing drips down to their neck. And then when you've finally calmed down, he'll do it again because that's what he does for kicks. He knows you're easy to manipulate into impotent rage and that it'll predictably work every single time.
