The central proposal currently on the table postpones discussion of these disputed issues to a later stage in the negotiations and seeks to address Hamas's demand for guarantees that the war will be brought to a complete end, even if talks are not concluded within 60 days. The proposal is still awaiting agreement from the parties involved
