Rivky Stein & Yoel Weiss: Rifky's Beis Din does not exist at 1278 E 72nd st.

Guest Post by Verification of Address

I contacted twice Chabad of Georgetown of 1278 east 72nd Street Brooklyn NY 11234 via phone#: 1(718)444-3770, and spoke twice to Choshuva Rebbetzin Holtzberg; After she consulted twice with her Choshuva husband HaRav Avrohom Holtzberg שליט"א, then she came back with a very clear answer (on behalf of her husband, the רב), that the above חב"ד of Georgetown is NOT related in any way to any בית דין or דיינים and NEVER hosts any outside בית דין\דיינים in their Shul/חב"ד of Georgetown; Furthermore, they are NOT related/involved in any way with the controversial divorce case of Stein vs. Weiss.

Therefore, their above mentioned address, is definitely not affiliated in any way with that so called בית דין of Mill Basin, NOR it's so called אב בית דין ודיינים (and their so called חרם NEITHER). So therefore, there's definitely NO point at all, for Yoylie Weiss to try to also go at the above mentioned, as confirmed with owners of that same address.... Now, let's just hope that the 1278 East 77th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11236, is the Correct Address of that בית דין and hopefully things will work out right, and that it's Rabbis and both parties etc. will all show up at that same place and time to achieve the goal of getting that Get controversy OVER.

  1. My opinion is that on the day Yoeli goes to give the Get he should visit both addresses, the one on E. 77 and the Chabad on E. 72, so that later Rivky cannot say, "oh I was at the other address waiting for you."

Of course if either she is there or three people claiming to be the dayanim are there (at either address), Yoeli should verify the three people claiming to be dayanim are in fact the same three people who signed their hazmana. A valid government picture ID (that any one in the US who drives or travels by air must have) with their names matching the three dayanim who signed should be insisted upon by Yoeli from them.

And if (in the highly unlikely event) that it is indeed the same three (all three must attend the beit din), he should then further verify that they are in fact qualified as dayanim and have a history of being dayanim on previous beit din's, rather than just being three unqualified yodels playing beit din wannabe.

  2. Here are two comments I found from Rivky's Facebook administrator stating the E. 77 was a typo and the correct address is E. 72:

Redeem Rivky: Demand that Yoel Weiss Give his Wife a Get Yes, the Beit Din does operate out of the Chabad House.

Redeem Rivky: Demand that Yoel Weiss Give his Wife a Get As
was previously stated, the Beit Din is a small community one. Rivky
does not have the money for the larger established ones. This BD has
been confirmed by ORA, and you are free to confirm it yourself. The
address on this letterhead contains a typo. It reads "77nd St" instead
of "72nd St." Both of which, incidentally, are real addresses.

Redeem Rivky: Demand that Yoel Weiss Give his Wife a Get It
is absolutely a Beit Din (at 72nd St). This is another lie that Yoel
has been perpetuating. I know it's hard to believe in this day and age
that something exists even when it doesn't show up on Google. But ORA
has confirmed the validity of this Beit Din. (You can feel free to contact Rabbi Noach Rabovsky to confirm that.)
The reason that Rivky did not go to a larger, more established Beit Din, is because it costs money that she does not have. However, this BD made very clear that if Yoel did not like her choice in a BD, he only had to choose a different one! You can't honestly say with a straight face that if she had chosen a different Beit Din, she would have her Get. HE'S THE ONE WHO HAS TO GIVE THE GET. HE JUST HAS TO WALK INTO A BEIT DIN, AND SAY, "HEY, I'D LIKE TO GIVE MY WIFE A GET."

As you can see above, Rivky's Facebook administrator (Rivky herself?) clearly and unambiguously claimed that

    a) It is at the Chabad House on E. 72.

The guest writer of this above post verified with Rav and Rebbetzin Holtzberg of that Chabad shul that this is a lie.

    b) That ORA verified this beit din.

This has previously been proven false as demonstrated in another post of this site.

How do you really expect from a human being to possibly being able of showing up at two different places at the same exact date & time (the day after Tishah B'Av @12noon)? [E.72st. is in Georgetown/Mill Basin & E.77st. is in Canarsie!]

Assuming that Yoel has some sort of family or friends, he should station someone with a cell phone and vid camera at the other address. That way he can document and prove that he, or his representative was at both places waiting for her.

In my opinion he should also arrange to speak with the Chabad Rav on video about the B"D, and have him deny its existance or association with his Chabad house on camerra.

When all is said and done he should also file RICO charges against Rivka and her handlers as clearly they are acting as rodefim seeking to destroy his life.

I'd first suggest/ask you: that you should please also call & email Chabad/Georgetown & you should also get to speak to the רב ורבנית by yourself, before Yoilie actually makes those arrangements to speak to them in front of a camera etc...

Also/furthermore, I'd think/suggest that if Yoielie actually have some friends & family, that they should NOT split to 2 places, but they should rather all stand/stick very next to him by the same exact place, for the whole time that he's there for the sake/purpose of giving the גט etc., so he should be able to have the maximum support, witnesses, security etc. for in case things will not go so small, like: if the 3 Rabbis won't be able to show official I.D. to proof who they are etc.

  7. Good suggestions. I think Yoeli should go himself to the E. 72 Chabad House, since Rivky has been pretty clear on her facebook page with her administrator repeatedly saying that E. 77 was a type and the E. 72 Chabad (Rivky's facebook specifically mentions Chabad) is the correct address.

Of course he should be there with a large entourage of supporters for security. And video tape the event.

Then, as you suggested, he should send a couple of guys to the E. 77 address, also with video taping it, to wait there and see if anyone from Rivky's team of dayanim show up. If so, they can call Yoeli on his cellphone.
