    no seruv was issued.

  2. It's interesting that you say that, because the (ex) husband is the one who was the plaintiff in the civil matter, thereby removing the dispute from the Beit Din to the civil court and keeping it there. Maybe his court is the civil court!

Well, maybe not - after sueing her in civil court (one would think he would be ok with the ruling of a judge of his choosing...), he has now decided that he will cruelling dangle the get over his (ex) wife's head in order to change the ruling of the judge he chose.

A complete corrouption of the torah we hold so dear.

  3. It's interesting that say that considering that the husband is the plaintiff in the civil matter, refusing to go back to beit din, costing the wife tens of thousands of dollars.

Maybe his court is the civil court!

Well, maybe not - now that he is unhappy with the ruling of the judge he chose, he is dangling the get over the wife's head in order to achieve concessions.

He is corrupting the torah we hold so dear.
