 A devoted student of the teachings of the Ramchal and among the earliest participants in Mifal HaShas, Rav Turner dedicated his life to Torah scholarship, publishing, and avodas Hashem.

His levayah was held Sunday evening in Bnei Brak, with burial in Elad.
