I attach Exhibits A-D (source: iapps.courts.state.ny.us/webcivil/etrackViewCases). Fraud allegations must be baked by evidence. I submit Exhibits A-D as evidence to back my claims of fraud. My objective is to overturn the QDRO that awards 55% of my pension that TIAA gave Susan from early 1994 with no end in sight today. My objective is to overturn the ruling of Exhibit A. I passed PhD exams in micro, macro, money and banking, and industrial organization. I seek Fordham's award of the PhD degree. 2.If the NYS Court of Appeals grants my Mo.
