Keilar: GOP's reasons against impeachment don't hold up

That’s my strategy in Aranoff v Aranoff Mo. No. 54-1/19/2021 and SCOTUS 20-6525. I claim fraud in the 1990 ruling against me v Fordham University. This is my letter yesterday to NYS Court of Appeals:
“1.I request permission to submit these papers concerning my Motion for Leave to Appeal Mo. No. 54-1/19/2021. I'm attaching an affidavit of service proving I mailed by UPS a true copy to Susan, to Fordham University, and to TIAA. I attach Exhibits A-D (source: iapps.courts.state.ny.us/webcivil/etrackViewCases). Fraud allegations must be baked by evidence. I submit Exhibits A-D as evidence to back my claims of fraud. My objective is to overturn the QDRO that awards 55% of my pension that TIAA gave Susan from early 1994 with no end in sight today. My objective is to overturn the ruling of Exhibit A. I passed PhD exams in micro, macro, money and banking, and industrial organization. I seek Fordham's award of the PhD degree.
2.If the NYS Court of Appeals grants my Mo. No. 54-1/19/2021 the Court will get the full record from all my cases in NYS lower courts. I lost my cases because of fraud. I will prove inappropriate judicial behavior in every case. Exhibit A Judge Alan Saks did not consider my published articles. Exhibit B Judge Michael A.\ Ambrosio did not consider my fraud claims. I asked for a review of the QDRO going back to the four year freeze 1994-1998. Exhibit C Judge Rigler did not consider my fraud claims. Exhibit D Judge Prus did not consider my fraud claims. I welcome the Court to reopen all my cases in NYS civil courts. I welcome any compromises to induce me to move to dismiss my motion. Perhaps Fordham University would grant me a PhD in economics even now? Perhaps TIAA would agree to pay me my pension even now?”

  2. “Keilar: GOP's reasons against impeachment don't hold up” No. A CNN quote: “One point of friction with his previous team was Trump wanted the attorneys to focus on his claims of election fraud rather than the constitutionality of convicting a former president, CNN said.” The best defense is an offense.
My advice to Trump: I quote Psalms 81:11 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt; open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.”
Rashi explains: to ask from God whatever our heart’s desire and whatever we ask God will fulfill. As a rabbinical student, I apply this literally. I ask God to put in senators' hearts to grant Trump's heart’s desire for acquittal.

My theory. God took us out of Egypt. God took Abraham out of Ur Chaldees. God chose us. God chose Abraham. “For the portion חלק of the Lrd is His people עמו, Jacob the lot חבל of His inheritance נחלתו.” (Deuteronomy 32:9). Hertz Chumash, p. 897 “Israel belonged to God in a more intimate sense than any other ethnic group.” Everyone can make requests of God “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt; open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.”

  3. “Keilar: GOP's reasons against impeachment don't hold up” No. Torah thought this week’s parsha ותרו.
“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, the house of bondage מבית עבדים.” (Deuteronomy 4:6) and (Exodus 20:2) The plain meaning is Psalms 81:11 “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt; open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.” “And He said to him: I am the Lord who brought you out from Ur of the Chaldeans, to give you לתת לך this land to you as a possession את הארץ הזאת לרשתה.’” (Genesis 15:7)
My theory. God does everything for the best. One day we all will acknowledge this. No. God does not grant heart’s desire for bad. A good example is the haftorah יתרו
“In the year that King Uzziah died I beheld ואראה my Lord seated ישב on a high and lofty throne על כסא רם ונשא, and the skirts of His robe ושוליו filled the temple.” (Isaiah 6:1).
    Sanhedrin 48b
“A leper Uzziah [Son of Amaziah, Cf. 2 Kings 15:1 “In the twenty and seventh year of Jeroboam king of Israel began Azariah [in verses 13, 30, &c., Uzziah] son of Amaziah king of Judah to reign.”], for it is written “But when he was strong, he grew so arrogant גבה לבו he acted corruptly עד להשחית: he trespassed against the Lord his God; by entering ויבא the temple of the Lord to offer להקטיר incense upon the incense altar מזבח הקטרת.” (2 Chronicles 26:16). And it is further written “Then Uzziah was wroth ויזעף עזיהו; in his hand בידו the censer מקטרת to burn incense להקטיר; but as he got angryובזעפו with the priests, leprosy והצרעת broke out זרחה on his forehead before the priests in the House of the Lord beside the incense altar.” (Ibid. 19)”
What will be with Trump’s impeachment trial starting next Monday? What will be with the Corona plague? In Israel we’re doing vaccinations and medical research for treatments and cures. So too the USA and the world. Hertz Chumash p. 295: “God is not here designated, ‘Creator of heaven and earth’. Israel’s God is seen not merely in Nature, but in destinies of man.” What are Trump and Netanyahu’s destinies?
