No. Dr. Fauci doesn’t want even one death. Sorry not reading/watching your posts. Allow me my letter today to the NYS Court of Appeals:
“2.I refer to Exhibit E Memorandum 23213/91 June 23, 1997 William Rigler, J.S.C. of my motion return date 5/25/2020. Page 1 states: Should Yemima Aranoff be permitted to intervene or join in the pending action between Gerald Aranoff and Susan Aranoff, his lawful wife under United States law? Page 3 states: This Court's next decision modified the amount of child support in accordance with the order dated July 22, 1994, which set child support at \$285 weekly, but noted that as the children reached the age of 21 there would need to be an adjustment of the child support figure. Page 4 states: The TIAA-CREF account is marital property of Gerald's marriage to Susan.
3.Exhibit A: Popkin letter 3/24/1993 and Pesce letter 9/13/1996 show:
Popkin acknowledges: It is my understanding that because one or both parties are Cohens, the Get is final and irrevocable.
Pesce informs Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye: I have discussed the matter with Mr. Rothbart, as well as Justice Rigler. According to him, he told you that your two children in Israel could be considered illegitimate if brought here because New York did not recognize your Israeli divorce.
4.I attach my email exchange with TIAA...
5.It's a crime to take from pension. Yemima became my lawful wife under US law when I married her May 9, 1993 in Israel after I divorced her February 17, 1993 with a Get in Rabbi Aryeh Ralbag's Brooklyn Rabbinical Court on Susan's initiative. I remind everyone that Judge Freda sentenced Mendel Epstein to jail for 10 years and issued an immunity for Rabbi Aryeh Ralbag's testimony in that trial.”

  4. In Bnei Brak the police are searching high and low for missing Shmuel, 6 with payos, since 12 pm last night. I left my apartment at 3 am for a walk and the police told me to look for Shmuel. I remember I was 6 and went wandering and got lost. We worry, Heaven forbid, a kidnapping. We love Trump and Netanyahu. They make tough decisions. Dr. Fauci wants not one more to die. No one wants one more to die. Everyone wants Shmuel found, safe and well, please God.

  5. Dr Fauci is clearly highly intelligent and has a highly intelligent team behind him. However, medicine is not monolithic and, sadly, not immune to being politicized. If there is data disputing his concerns, it needs to be considered. I fear a situation in which "Dr Fauci said so" becomes the "Daas Torah" of medicine, a position not to contradicted by anybody on pain of heresy.

  6. we also have the inverse - the less educated the person is makes him a greater authority - like homeopathic medicine
therefore doing the opposite of fauci is viewed as great even without evidence
this is the world of alternative medicine!

There is homeopathy, and crackpot alternative medicine. Standard alternative medicine is for areas that are not treatable by current medicine. Crackpot alternative is total denial of standard medical care.

  8. My worry is that other authorities will come to opposite conclusions with good data to support them and will still be shunned simply for opposing the official position.
