there needs to be a fundamental shake up of religious society, whether Modern.Tzioni, Hareidi, Chassidish etc. No group has managed to evade these problems, but new thinking is necessary.

This can be achieved, since "frum" people ostensibly care very much about modesty, and how women should dress , and men cover heads etc, but serious issues like these are easily overlooked.
