It appears that the rabbi is a Lubavitcher Meshiachist. At 2:15 in the video he is very obviously wearing a "Yechi.." yarmulke, which is typically a pretty good give away. If that is the case, most Orthodox would probably have a problem with him.
Mekubal, I don't think the fellow at 2:15 is Rabbi Osher.
Rabbi Osher is a Lubavitcher, and that may well play a role in the story, however, without more information, I don't know what is really going on here. It certainly looks very bad.

Never said that it looked good. In fact it is quite reprehensible for Jews to proclaim to follow Torah to do something like that.
