Trump says Israel 'fighting Hezbollah too long' as Lebanon war drags on - analysis

Trump signals growing frustration with Israel’s prolonged Hezbollah campaign in Lebanon, questioning strategy, civilian impact, and the lack of a decisive outcome after nearly 1,000 days of fighting.

Over the last few weeks, the American president has several times suggested that Israel shouldn’t be attacking Beirut because this is leading to tensions with Iran regarding a US-Iran deal.

Now, Trump is also saying that Israel has been fighting in Lebanon for too long. The conflict between Israel and Hezbollah has dragged on for 981 days since Hezbollah attacked Israel on October 8. Israel has not been able to defeat Hezbollah or achieve a decisive victory.

  1. People mocked Trump's statement that Syria should fight Hezbollah instead but he's actually onto something.
Think about it. Israel bombs a Hezbollah based. A baby carriage nearby shakes and the baby cries. CNN and the rest report that an Israeli strike scared a baby.
With the right incentives and arms, Syria could march into Lebanon and wipe out Hezbollah within weeks. Sure there would be something like 200 000 civilian casualties as well but since Israel is not involved, no one will report on it. The entire thing might get a mention on page 12. It's actually a potential solution.

    1. Exactly - they massacred thousands of Syrians, including Xtians, and nobody said a word, except against Israel when they tried to defend the Druzim. If They massacre Hezbollah and rape the women, nothing will be said in the media, or MAga.
Same thing happened with Sabra and Shattila. Around the same time, Assad senior massacred 30-50,000 people in Homs, it was hardly reported anywhere.
