ReplyDeleteRabbi Bassous publicly shames Rabbi Dweck..
no BD, and no invitation to hear the other side...
so what?
ReplyDeleteSo does that make Bassous a sinner or Dweck a sinner?
ReplyDeleteSecular authorities permit eishes ish, and mishkav zachar.
ReplyDeleteWe've known for a longtime that eidah folk gave their blessing and heter to de haan. Now a few people are coming out of the woodwork to permit adultery too. Well done chareidim.
so what?
ReplyDeleteso please don't pontificate about "loshon Hara", embarrassing etc, as that is the mainstay of haredi dialogue
ReplyDeletehttps://daattorah.blogspot.com/2021/03/think-again-limud-rejoinder-to-rabbi.html?m=1.
All the articles by feinberg, attacking the idf for example, never took into concern the severe sins of loshon hara.
Who is feinbrerg?
ReplyDeleteWhy are you insisting that you are the only he allowed to pontificate?
Binyomin feinberg is a regular contributor here, viciously attacking the idf.
ReplyDeleteIs there a contradiction in what I say?
The pontificating is the claim that we cannot speak badly of rashaim. The contradiction is that it is done on an almost daily basis by hareidim.
Here's an article by r Gordimer
https://jewishaction.com/opinion/just-between-us-reclaiming-the-dignity-of-the-rabbinate-what-in-the-world-happened-and-what-can-be-done/
Note, he basically does not specify what or who he is talking about. On the other hand, he spends half his life naming, shaming, and misquoting left wing rabbis whose views he doesn't agree with. Get it?
Nonsense!
ReplyDeleteGood scholarly reply
ReplyDeleteAppropriate to the claim
ReplyDeleteDear Rav Tau
ReplyDeletePlease SHUT UP ALREADY!
Sincerely,
Intelligent people
