פונה לכל מי שנחשף לפרסומים החמורים נגדי וזועק את זעקתו של דרייפוס אשר
השפילוהו בכיכר העיר תלשו את דרגותיו ושברו את חרבו לעיני המונים. "אני חף
מפשע"!!
אנא מכם עשו רק דבר אחד: השקיעו קצת מחשבה
וקורטוב היגיון ותנסו להטיל ספק בהשמצות הנוראות ולא למהר לחרוץ דין על מי
שכל חייו ופעילותו היו למען ילדים ולמען זכויותיהם.
אני
מכחיש בתוקף הפרסומים כביכול ניצלתי ילדים או ילדות. זהו שקר שאין לו כפרה
וניתן לחוש שמטרת התחקיר כולו הייתה לקעקע את הדבר שהכי מזוהה איתי - הגנה
על ילדים ולהשפיל אותי עד עפר.
ישנה עדות של העיתונאית אראלה שטרנבך שאנשים שפנו אליה השקיעו הון רב כדי לפגוע בי בכל דרך אפשרית.
אני
מצהיר בזאת שמעולם לא זומנתי לבי"ד בנושאים או טענות הקשורים לענייני
נשים. התעודה שהופצה אינה נושאת את שמי ורק מעידה על המסע המתוזמן והממומן
נגדי.
מתפלא אני על הרב שמואל אליהו שלא עשה את הדבר
הפשוט ביותר - לברר איתי טענות כאלה. הוא היה נוכח לדעת שהטעו אותו. בשיחתו
עמי שאלתיו כיצד פסק דין מבלי לעמת אותי עם העדויות והוא ענה שלכן אמר רק
לאחסן ולא להוציא.
איך אני יכול להתמודד עם טענות שאין לי שום פרט עליהן ואיני יכול להבין מאין באו ומה היה האינטרס של מי שאמרן?
חייבים
להבין שדווקא עבודת הקודש שלי עם ילדים הביאה לי שונאים רבים וחזקים בדמות
פוגעים מינית שחשפתי או אנשים שהפעילו אלימות קשה כנגד רעייתם/ילדיהם ואני
עצרתי זאת.
ככל שפעלתי יותר לטובת הילדים כך רכשתי את שנאת מבקשי רעתם. גם כמותית וגם בלהט הרצון לפגוע בי.
לסיכום:
בכל מסכת ההשמצות האחרונה לא הוצג בפני אפילו מקרה אחד שאני יכול לזהות
מלבד אשה שהתלוננה נגדי ב2008 תלונת שווא והתיק נסגר כלעומת שנפתח מבלי
שהזדקקתי לשירות עורך דין.
מומחים שונים מציעים לי
לשתוק עד יעבור זעם. איני יודע אם הם צודקים אך הם המומחים. מה עוד שכל אחד
מבין שיחיד אינו יכול להתמודד עם מבול כזה של השמצות שקריות.
הבהרה זו נכתבה בשל בקשתו ועידודו של הרב חיים שאולזון להשמיע את קולי.

הפרסום כביכול כמלמד רקדתי עם התלמידים לשמע פטירתו של הרבי מחב"ד שקרית ומופרכת בדיוק כמו שאר הפרסומים הפוגעניים.
אני מבקש מכל אלה שנתקלים בפרסומים נגדי לבחון אותם שוב ולהבין שמדובר במסע השמצה מאורגן שלא היה כמותו.
רק נסו להטיל ספק. זה הכל.
אני מאמין שבקרוב אגלה מי עמד מאחורי המסע הזה ואוכל לפרום את העלילות אחת לאחת
Author Chaim Walder has published a response to recent defamatory attacks made on him in the media, first printed in the Haaretz newspaper and since published elsewhere, along with calls to boycott his dozens of books written over a decades-long career.
“I appeal to everyone who has been exposed to the serious allegations
made against me and I cry the cry of Dreyfus who was degraded in the
public square, stripped of his insignia, his sword broken before a huge
crowd – I am innocent of all wrongdoing. I beg of you to do just one
thing: Invest a small amount of time, a drop of logic, and question
whether these terrible defamatory statements have any basis to them. Do
not be hasty to pass judgment on someone who has worked all his life on
behalf of children and their rights,” Walder said in his statement.
Walder stressed that he categorically denies the allegations made
against him, accusing him of exploiting minors. “This is a tissue of
lies for which there can be no forgiveness,” he said, “and the entire
purpose of these claims is to make the bizarre claim that I acted in
entire contradiction to everything that I have worked for – protecting
children.”
If he's innocent, his reputation has already been destroyed.
ReplyDeleteYou know, a few years ago when the whole #Metoo thing started, there was an Israeli radio host who was accused by a few women of indecent actions. Instead of folding and surrendering to the Twitter mob, he announced he was hiring an expensive lawyer and was going to challenge all his accusers. Lo and behold, they all disappeared. Now you could say "Well, they were fragile and he was once again aggressively bullying and victimizing them" and you might be right or you could say "Well if you're going to try and ruin someone's life, make sure you have proof".
ReplyDeleteIf he's truly innocent, Walder should hire an expensive lawyer and demand to see his accusers in a courtroom. If he doesn't, then all these statements won't save him.
His letter was just another piece of fiction, like the rest of his books.
