Today, after an exhaustive investigation both in Jerusalem and Elkohen’s hometown of Penns Grove, New Jersey, the JC can disclose the bombshell answers to these troubling questions.
We can confirm for the first time that the apparent rabbi qualified as a clergyman online; has thousands of dollars of unpaid debts to his name in the US; was deeply involved with American evangelical churches; and was born to a Methodist mother and Protestant father.
In the light of what this article writes about Michael Elk's mother and first wife, shouldn't you review the negative comments he published about them, here on your blog?
ReplyDeleteWhat did he claim about them, here?
ReplyDelete"Investigators have disclosed to the JC that the religious seminary he founded, Yeshivat Yarim Ha’Am, was quietly disseminating a Judaised version of Christianity and ordaining Christian ‘rabbis’ to further spread the gospel."
ReplyDeleteQuietly, of course. Deception is their specialty.
He made wild accusations about both, just like so many frustrated men do. But now we know what the real reason was why he had no contact with his mother... (back then he alleged that he had even asked and obtained permission from a rav to cut contact with his mother)
ReplyDeleteReading the article, I get the impression that he DISSED his mother, and neglected the Commandment of "Honor thy father and thy mother" (which even Christians claim to follow), so his mother DISHED on him, big time, and spilled all the beans about him.
