'Give me money, then you can talk to your daughter' Divorced women extorting money

A video showing an apparent extortion attempt by a divorced mother of her ex-husband was publicized on Tuesday by men’s rights activists looking to highlight what they call an overlooked phenomenon.

In the video, which shows a portion of a Skype chat between a divorced father and his young daughter, the man’s ex-wife cuts into the conversation, threatening to reduce contact between the man and his daughter unless he pays some unspecified amount of money.

“[If] you pay money, you will start to talk to her every [day] of the week. If you don’t, we won’t do more than twice a week.”

When the father told her to stop interrupting the conversation with his daughter, the mother responds “I’ll interrupt you as much as I like… you will speak nicely to me, I run things here in this house.” [...]

  1. Serves the father right. He should never do visitation in the mother's house / apartment. That's only an invitation for problems.

  2. This machsheifa is running the show, micromanaging when and where he can enjoy his daughter.

  3. Doesn't mean he should agree. Maybe he should skype his next court hearing? See how the court likes it. (Actually, the court will like it. He should require the macheshefa and her lawyer skype the court hearings.

  4. I don't think that he was visiting his daughter at the ex-wife's place. He was at his own location, and was communicating over Skype with his daughter, who was with her mother. She then intervened in the conversation, and tried to extort him for cash. Par for the course.

  6. I have been thinking about this video all day. It's heart wrenching. Women have entirely too much power today. This poor man is being emasculated. And I'm not even getting into what this wicked woman is doing to her kid. Welcome to chiloni society, the part of Israel that the religious zionists don't tell you about.
