Just found out that Mrs Ziva Citronenbaum is Lonna Kin's neighbor. So as your other article seems to state, todays women are being influenced by others to do the same.
Before the feminist spin doctors can scream "agunah" in the Citronenbaum case, let's note an important point. The last line of the seruv indicates that Mrs. Citronenbaum needs to appear in the Bais Din so she can receive her GET.
Its possible that the agunah mafia, such as R. Herschel Schachter's YU ORA group, will jump on this case soon. Hopefully Mrs. Citronenbaum will not allow the agunah mafia to use her as their puppet by convincing her not to appear in Bais Din, and to instead wage a legal and PR war against her husband. If she wages a war against her husband, she will have chained herself as a self-made "agunah", and she will have nobody but herself to blame. Take note Mrs. Citronenbaum: Did Rivky Stein's war against her husband get her a GET?

This seruv is related Zeva Citronenbaum so I think the spelling is a bit off but it's the same person.
ReplyDeleteJust saw that Zeva Citronenbaum was issued an excommunication notice from the Brooklyn court for failing to appear for Bais Din.
