It looks condemning but without contexts. I assume that it is the same hogwash as 34 felonies for one crime - or as Mr. Ironheart puts it, stealing a pizza pie and the prosecutor charges 8 thefts, One for each individual slice. 140 contacts are a lot for me or you but for an international billion dollar corporation it is likely not significat. Additionally, I know that 20 contacts can be for the same connection, meaning if I have a contact to reach Rabbi Dr. Eidensohn and Rabbi Dr E. Has 20 ppl working under him, that's 21 contacts even though they are all for the same limited connection.
