Moshe Bar Siman Tov: 'I respect Litzman, we're continuing to prepare'

Health Ministry Director-General Moshe Bar Siman Tov responded Monday morning to former Health Minister Yakov Litzman's (UTJ) claim that Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu "responded to the fears of the Director-General of the Ministry of Health, Moshe Bar Siman Tov."
In that interview, Litzman had claimed that Israel's precautions were an "overreaction" to coronavirus and unnecessary.
"I respect Litzman, and I am happy that we did what we did," Bar Siman Tov said Monday morning.
Speaking with N12, Bar Siman Tov said that he is "sure that the situation would be different, if we hadn't done what we did."

    Would Litzman rather more people died to "prove" what was necessary to be done to prevent them from dying, so we can be absolutely sure those interventions did save people?
    We see what failures occurred in so many other countries. There was reason to take precaution and prevent disaster. Litzman is demonstrating he is a fool.

    He is a rodef, and has been for a long time. He doesn't care about the wellbeing of innocent people, that is why he tried to release a child molester (she was chareidi , of course). His acts are all negligent, and should not be in Government at all.

    The other one was Dr Mengele yemach shmo. For operational reasons, they could not have snatched both, as one would have been alerted and escaped.
    So they captured Eichmann y'sh.
    This was an operation in Argentina in the 50s, when Israel was young. Mossad did not have the same resources as CIA or James Bond. Even Bond doesn't succeed all the time.
    So your argument is invalid.
    Do you think satmar or brisk could have done anything like that?
    In the 70s , they assassinated your PFLP friends because of the Munich massacre. I suppose you disapprove of that too? Typical.

    Satmar rebbe opposed leaving Europe and opposed moving to EY. thus he was complicit in getting his followers killed.
