Rabbi Dov Fischer wow
“But Netanyahu has been an excellent prime minister. He guided Israel to a magnificent generational economic awakening. He has held the fort against Hamas in the south and Abu Mazen in the east, while destroying the Hezbollah tunnels in the north and unabashedly working to drive Iran out of Syria. He has established relations for Israel with countries and governments whose friendship or passive support once was inconceivable. He has opened Israel to the Arab world. On the America front, he not only has gotten the embassy moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem but now has Israel on the precipice of extending sovereignty throughout the Jordan Valley and the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria. And his role in the coronavirus nightmare may be compared to that of Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York State and Mayor Bill De Blasio of New York City. Israel has 9 million people. New York State has 19 million, approximately twice as many. New York City has 8.3 million. As of this writing, there have been more than 29,000 deaths in New York State from coronavirus; of them, more than 20,000 deaths in New York City. By contrast, the number in Israel is under 300. Do the math. Yet the Left is determined to take him down. As a result, Netanyahu is on trial — and there is reason to fear that Avichai Mandelblit’s kangaroo court ultimately will convict him — for utter non-crimes. Bibi’s alleged actions were not criminal but political.”
Allow me to show here my letter to TIAA: “1.My complaint now is that TIAA is overreaching to me, defined as the gaining of an unconscionable advantage over me especially by unfair or deceptive means. I cite your last email to me: Dear Mr. Aranoff: We are responding to your recent inquiries concerning your QDRO as it relates to your TIAA retirement annuities, and your attempts to reach Vondell Simmons. As has been communicated to you many times over the years, TIAA cannot and will not take any action or discuss this matter with you unless and until you receive a revised order of the court, dated after July 24, 2007. We are obligated to comply with the Court order. Best Regards, TIAA Customer Care Team 2.Julie, you should recuse herself. You worked with Maggie Bryne. Maggie too should recuse herself if she's back helping TIAA from her retirement. Both Julie and Maggie did not answers my questions fully and satisfactorily. See Judge Sand.pdf. Judge Prus should also recuse himself. He acknowledges that the issue is: when will my pension be released? Judge Prus says that I don't relate to the issue at all. That's overreaching. Judge Prus is hiding behind a false curtain that he, as the judge of my case, can rule any way he sees fit. No. He cannot say that my submissions don't relate in any way to my petition, follow, TIAA people? I use to argue with Maggie years ago: What if it turns out that the judge is actually a monkey? Would she still say I do whatever the judge orders and only that. Come now. NYS law requires TIAA to make sure their payments are legal. I give legal arguments that paying Susan my pension is not legal. TIAA people, please allow a fresh look into the matter, with new people. This is extremely urgent. Suspend the June 1, 2020 payment. Make application to the court for a ruling on when my pension will be released.
