There was an article published yesterday on a left-leaning but mainstream news site that gloated about frey Jewish men pursuing relationships with Chinese and other Oriental women. This happens to be increasing and there are more & more of these specific intermarried couples out there, lo aleinu.
The author of the article is herself of Chinese origin married to a Jewish man. She seeks to kasher the rodfei taavah men by citing that there are already over 500 factories in China producing kosher food and that China is the fastest growing country in the kashrus field!
Chaim Weizmann was the president of Israel not the prime minister. I am surprised that r' Sternbuch who has been living in Israel for so many years and spent many years fighting Zionism will make such a mistake.
