I’m going to skip my planned column on Hunter Biden, in favor of writing about my last five days, including two trips to the Shaare Zedek emergency room and the insertion of a stent into one of two blocked coronary arteries on Tishah B’Av.
The correct title should be Refuah shleima Mr rosenblum
ReplyDeleteNope He said he had originally intended to right about Hunter BIDEN
ReplyDeleteOh, I didn't know you are a chosid of the Bidener, and the future rebbe Hunter.
ReplyDeleteAnd that puts him into the category of amalek, that you show no mercy to?
ReplyDeleteRefuah shleimah, Reb Rosenblum
ReplyDeleteWho is not showing mercy?
ReplyDeleteI simply quoted him saying he had originally wanted to write about Biden but his heart attack changed that
So are you saying he is Amalek?!
Typical nonsensical attempt at humor?!
ReplyDeleteTo the reader it appears as though you are saying he got what he deserved because of his intent to write about Biden
ReplyDeleteYes, humour
ReplyDeleteA mere heart attack (sakanos nefesh) is less serious than a nonsense Biden piece?
ReplyDeleteI'm no chossid of rosenblum, and dislike most of what he writes. But I don't mock his poor health.
Stents are amazing technology, and can sometimes do away with serious bypass surgery.
IMHO referring to someone having a heart attack, as a "mere heart attack", seems a bit callous.
ReplyDeleteYou may not agree with his political worldview, but when someone is down after having suffered a heart attack, I think that you should show a little heart, by wishing him a Refuah Sheleimah.
No one mocked his health I merely pointed out what he himself stated
ReplyDeleteWow you have amazing reading skills
ReplyDeleteThe title has a very cynical tone about it
ReplyDeleteYou're the one who used the word, "mere", which trivializes the matter.
ReplyDeleteprojection?!
ReplyDeleteI thought you didn't believe in Freudian concepts?
ReplyDeleteunless you are paraphrasing his own approach to what happened? In which case it is a miscommunication, sorry!

Even a broken clock has the right time - sometimes
A lot of his understanding of the mind was correct, but some was mere speculation or fantasy. My psychology Professor at university said that Freud''s theories were not accepted by modern psychologists, but he was the most influential psychologist.
ReplyDeleteFreud was not a psychologist but was a good writer
ReplyDeleteHe was also good at getting attention - an early shock jock
Alot of his theories were junk and have been rejected
I think what you really mean is that Walder was not a psychologist but good at writing books and contributing to the world of sheker that "yated Neeman " represents.
ReplyDeleteFreud was a neuro-psychiatrist, and although some of his theories were far fetched, his contribution is present today _ talk therapy is one example.
Talk therapy is not from Freud
ReplyDeleteHe put it on the map - I saw the Breuer article
