It's well known in Israel that it's easy to know when you've entered a Chareidi neighbourhood - just look for all the garbage on the streets.
ReplyDeleteAt the start of the last Shemittah, President Herzog tried to start an anti-litter initiative. For Shemittah the land should be clean. And of course he was mocked.
