"Even after you clear the virus, there are post-viral symptoms. I know, because I follow on the phone a lot of people who call me up and talk about their course," said Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, in a July 17 interview with Medscape.

  3. Daas Torah “We are getting chronic fatigue from reading about your legal issues!” No.
Legal issue = Legal is used to describe things that relate to the law. An issue is an important subject that people are arguing about or discussing.

Here in Israel people cheer me for making aliya July 1991, and for trying my best to persuade Susan to join me and for giving Susan a get on her request 2/17/1993. Israel is the promised Land. I got publications and finally got my PhD June 11, 1991 based on my publications.
What is the legal issue in Aranoff v Aranoff that I keep writing about? Susan did a phony abandonment charge against me and got Judge Rigler to permanently take 55% of my TIAA pension and the $10,000 will money and to fine me $10,000 + $10,000 and the jailed Judge Garson $5,000. Susan got $25,000 fines against me. This keeps me from visiting America. The legal issues are 1) $25,00 unpaid against me and 2) my TIAA pension.

Susan Opposition papers Index No. 54688/12 October 21, 2016 states:
    Background
    3. In July 1991, Mr.\ Aranoff abandoned me and our six children. Though there were problems in our family life, the abandonment was sad and traumatic. In the years following the 1991 abandonment, our children have had Bar and Bat Mitzvah, they graduated from elementary and high school, college, graduate school and professional schools and married here in the United States. Mr. Aranoff attended none of these events. He has grandchildren in the United States that, to my knowledge, he has never seen. He did not attend any of the Bar or Mitzvahs of our Israeli grandchildren. Mr. Aranoff abandoned our children physically and emotionally and began a new life in Israel as if our six children hardly exist.
    10. I will never understand how the Courts of New York State allow this kind of abuse through litigation to continue even after the Court repeatedly admonished Mr. Aranoff to cease his repetitive and frivolous motions and imposed sanctions of $25,000 on him. Meanwhile, Mr. Aranoff taunted Judge Ambrosio by writing in his papers that he would not hire a lawyer because a lawyer would be held in contempt for filing his, Mr. Aranoff's motion, but that he, Mr. Aranoff, could file any papers he wanted to since Judge Ambrosio could not reach him in Israel to penalize him to make Mr. Aranoff pay the sanctions levied against him.

  4. Torah thought on ראה
“See, this day I set before you blessing and curse: blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God that I enjoin upon you this day; and curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn away from the path that I enjoin upon you this day and follow other gods, whom you have not experienced [I.e., who have not proved themselves to you; cf. Hos. 13.4.(Only I the Lord have been your God Ever since the land of Egypt; You have never known a [true] God but Me, You have never had a helper other than Me.)].” (Deuteronomy 12:26-28).
Hertz Chumash p. 799 “26. I set before you. Both as individuals and as a nation they were endowed with free-will, and the choice between the Two Ways rested with themselves.”

“In the meantime, Diaspora Jews will bury their heads in the mudslide of Galut once again, and continue on with their mass denial and fantasy lives. Some will make Aliyah, probably a few hundred more than last year, but, sadly, there isn’t going to be an Aliyah explosion. Now that things seem more stable in America, and now that Israel has ongoing Corona and unemployment troubles of its own, the majority of frightened Jews who rushed to fill out Aliyah-registration forms will throw them into the wastebasket. And unfortunately, a large percentage of those who do come will decide to return to the sweet-smelling swamp pits of Boca, Brooklyn, and Beverly Hills, even though the stink of burning homes still wafts in the air, because their motive for coming to Israel was not founded on ideological reasons, such as fulfilling the Zionist dream or getting closer to G-d, but, instead, on fear.”
This is last paragraph of my letter today to the NYS Ct of Appeals:
4.What are the legal issues in Aranoff v Aranoff? Legal issue = Legal is used to describe things that relate to the law. Here in Israel people cheer me for making aliya July 1991, and for trying to persuade Susan to join me and for giving Susan a get on her request 2/17/1993. Israel is the promised Land. Susan had astronomical legal expenses while I had relatively small legal expenses. Susan spent $25,000 until she fired Popkin for writing Popkin's 1993 letter. Myla Serlin, Popkin's replacement claims a March 7, 1995 Rigler Order of Separation. Larry Rothbart was law clerk to Judges Ambrosio, Rigler, and Garson. Susan did a phony abandonment charge against me and got Judge Rigler Judge Ambrosio to permanently take 55% of my TIAA pension and the $10,000 will money and to fine me $10,000 + $10,000 and the jailed Judge Garson $5,000. Susan “rushed to fill out Aliyah-registration forms” in 1989, but decided not to join me in Israel in 1991. Her free will. I love Tsvi Fishman’s writing. I ordered and read his books. Susan is like so many American Zionists “Diaspora Jews will bury their heads in the mudslide of Galut once again, and continue on with their mass denial and fantasy lives.”

  5. Thanks for the tick Kolanymus. Allow me to add:
Susan Opposition papers Index No. 54688/12 October 21, 2016 states:
    Addendum
    31. The 1989 Aliyah (move to Israel) application, submitted repeatedly by Mr. Aranoff to Judge Rigler and numerous other NYS Courts, was 2.5 years old at the time Mr. Aranoff abandoned the family. Though we considered Aliyah in 1989, I soon decided against it because Mr. Aranoff's behavior as a parent and spouse had become insufferable.
With a troubled marriage, aside from all the stresses that would increase with moving to Israel, I felt it was dangerous for me to move to Israel because I could become subject to the Israeli Rabbinic Court system. I regret to say, especially in a public court, that as an activist in the field of Orthodox Jewish divorce, I knew that rabbinic courts, both in the United States and Israel are dangerous for women and children. I told Mr. Aranoff, when he repeatedly tried to pressure me into moving to Israel, that fear of the Israeli Rabbinic Courts was a threshold issue that I could not cross and could, therefore, not move to Israel given our troubled marriage.
Regarding my trepidations concerning Israeli Rabbinic courts, here is what I wrote in a 1991 affidavit composed with the assistance of my late friend Irwin Haut, an attorney and rabbi: “Your deponent (me, Susan Aranoff) is very well satisfied with the American legal system and its courts and its judges and laws, particularly in the areas of marriage and divorce and custody and maintenance of the children. It would be the height of insanity for me to subject myself to vagaries of the jurisprudence practiced by the Rabbinic courts in Israel, which have jurisdiction over laws of marriage and divorce and custody and maintenance. The court is advised that the Rabbinic courts in Israel apply principles and rules of Jewish law regarding all such matters, including custody, which are totally at variance from those in this court and I absolutely refuse to subject myself and my children to the vagaries of that law.”

I did try to contact my children through phone calls, emails and Torah thoughts, Susan wanted to make it look like I felt I had no children anymore. I had no wife anymore so I got a new wife, Yemima, thank you God, 10 years younger, beautiful and dark skinned that I prefer. I apply King Solomon
“Go, eat your bread in gladness, and drink your wine in joy; for your action was long ago approved by God [cf. 2.24–25; 3.13; 5.18]. Let your clothes always be freshly washed, and your head never lack ointment. Enjoy happiness with a woman you love all the fleeting days of life that have been granted to you under the sun—all your fleeting days. For that alone is what you can get out of life and out of the means you acquire under the sun. Whatever it is in your power to do, do with all your might. For there is no action, no reasoning, no learning, no wisdom in Sheol, where you are going.” (Ecclesiastes 9:7-10).

Note Susan admits she signed aliya papers 2.5 years before she deserted me and reneged on her promise to make aliya with me and to live in Jerusalem. She exercised her free will to refused to stay with her commitment to the damage of herself and damage to our children. She thought 1991 I would change my mind and go back to teaching at Lehman College in the Bronx. I remember there was a horrible scandal in a Bronx drug store. Evil people sneaked in materials in packages on shelves to injure or murder innocents. What could be more horrible? Reportedly NYC had 2,250 murders in 1990. Good time to make aliya for safety of Susan and of our six children. I constantly appealed to Susan, our children, cousins, friends with phone call, emails, and Torah thoughts. My court motions get marked off and denied, but I don’t give up. I view making motions as free except for the cost of UPS mailing (cheap).
