You are again confusing rights. Jimmy Kimmel has a right to say whatever he wants about Charlie Kirk. He has NO right to a job on television. So if he says something his boss doesn't like (and frankly, which any decent person would be disgusted by) then he will lose his job. This has nothing to do with free speech and everything to do with freedom to employ who I want.
Plus note ABC/Disney was forced to fire him cause a good number of local stations said they'll drop ABC. Note the Left tried to boycott advertisers who in effect supported President Trump in his first term.
Again, the First Ammendent only prohibits the government from passing laws infringing on free expression. In a private setting it does not apply. If I employ you and one morning you show up and start insulting me, I can fire you and you can't cry "But what about free speech!" Kimmel has not been punished by the state for his speech. His employer has every right to say "Rant all you want but not on my time."

Garnel even MAGA supporters think your argument is nonsense!
