stampede occured, to have 4 passageways if the number of participants
exceeds 9,000; 20,000 were inside when stampede occured but only one
exit was open
But how is anything going to change? If the government makes any attempt to alter the facility, the same people who a few days ago were helpless victims will be the first to scream "Don't change anything! How dare you!" In a reasonable culture, the government would send out engineers and architects, invest money and rebuild the facility according to proper safety codes. Do you honestly think that'll happen here?
