In this synopsis of the AIA convention, R. Shmuel Kamenetzky is reported
to have stated that every Jew is obligated to sanctify the Name of
Heaven in public. Presumably, this would mean that Ms. Tamar Epstein
must leave the home of an alien gentleman such as
Mr. Adam Fleischer, as per the relevant laws of Kiddush Ha-Shem presented by Rambam,
Hilkhot Yesodei ha-Torah, ch. 5. Furthermore, even if my
presumption of R. Shmuel Kamenetzky's intention is not correct, this
need not deter me from reaching the same practical conclusion, as per
the Gemara,
Eiruvin 63a that one may not defer to his superior rabbi in a situation of obvious transgression.

Rabina once sat in the presence of R. Ashi when he observed that a certain person was tying his ass to a palm-tree on the Sabbath day [The use of a growing tree on the Sabbath is Rabbinically forbidden.]. He called out to him but the other took no notice. Let this man he called out, be placed under the ban. Does such an act as mine [acting in the presence of the religious head of the place]? Beautiful. I agree “ as per the Gemara, Eiruvin 63a that one may not defer to his superior rabbi in a situation of obvious transgression.” In Pacer on Mendel Epstein et al there is the matter of the 9th of Av assault on Tamar’s lawful husband.

Fredric Goldfein testified that he paid $60,000 to Mendel Epstein (his Bet Yacov in Brooklyn) to assault Tamar’s lawful husband. Why do so many support Tamar even today? I agree “Ms. Tamar Epstein must leave the home of an alien gentleman such as Mr. Adam Fleischer, as per the relevant laws of Kiddush Ha-Shem presented by Rambam, Hilkhot Yesodei ha-Torah, ch. 5.”
No, what it means is that every identifiable Jew has to immediately line up for the new vaccines when they roll out.
