US President Donald Trump’s physician, Sean P. Conley, released a memo Friday afternoon saying the president had received an investigational antibody cocktail and was taking a number of vitamins and minerals to help keep him healthy. The president was also administered the FDA-approved drug Remdesivir.
Specifically,
Trump received a single eight-gram dose of Regeneron’s polyclonal
antibody cocktail, REG-COV2, Conley said, and the company confirmed in a
statement sent to The Jerusalem Post. The company’s website
explains that REG-COV2 is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies
designed specifically to block infectivity of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that
causes COVID-19.
What, no snarky comment about him not taking hydrochloroquine?

“It was taught: R. Eliezer son of R. Jose stated: The limit of the allotted land beyond the confines of the Levitical cities [in addition to the cities themselves the Levites and Cohanim) were allowed stretches of land around them ומגרש לערים סביבותיהם for use as open spaces, fields and vineyards as will be specified below] was two thousand cubits [In an outward direction round each city]. Deducting from these [the 2000 cubits mentioned] an open space of one thousand cubits [immediately behind and around each city], such open space would represent a quarter of the entire area [this will be explained presently] the remainder of which consisted of fields and vineyards [Tosaf. Ar. ad fin Sotah 27b]. Whence is this [that a strip of one thousand cubits around each Levitical city must be reserved as an open space] deduced? Raba replied: From Scripture which says (Numbers 35:2-4) “Instruct the Israelite people to assign, out of the holdings apportioned to them, towns for the Levites to dwell in; you shall also assign to the Levites pasture land around their towns ומגרש לערים סביבותיהם. The towns shall be theirs to dwell in, and the pasture ומגרשיהם shall be for the cattle they own and all their other beasts. The town pasture that you are to assign to the Levites shall extend a thousand cubits outside the town wall all around.” The Torah has thus enjoined, Surround the city by an open space of one thousand cubits. Such an open space [it was said] would represent a quarter of the entire area.”
Beautiful Joshua 21 describes how Joshua carried into effect this law of Numbers 35, e.g.
“The heads of the ancestral houses of the Levites approached the priest Eleazar, Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of the ancestral houses of the Israelite tribes, and spoke to them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, as follows: The Lord commanded through Moses that we be given towns to live in, along with their pastures for our livestock ומגרשיהן לבהמתנו.” So the Israelites, in accordance with the Lord’s command, assigned to the Levites, out of their own portions, the following towns with their pastures ומגרשיהן:” (Joshua 21:1-3).

Wow 48 towns! “All the towns of the Levites within the holdings of the Israelites came to 48 towns, with their pastures.” (Joshua 21:39). The Levites and Cohanim lived in family groups in the Levitical cities. Amazing. Beautiful. Hertz Chumash p. 719: “2.cities to dwell in. The Levites were to have the right to dwell in those cities, but the possession of these cities was vested in the tribe in whose territory the particular city was situated.”

So far, the steroid he took, dexamethasone, is the ONLY drug proven to have a mortality benefit in COVID-19 patients. It was wise for his doctors to give him this along with the other two therapies. Doctors largely stopped using HCQ in light of all the failed trial readouts. Funny enough, this trend of decrease in HCQ usage, along with increased use of dexamethasone and remdesivir, correlates with decreased mortality across the board of all age demographics in America's "second wave" of the pandemic in recent months. Amazing what happens when focus on a false lead grows stale and disbelieved and energy can be channeled elsewhere instead.
