    1. The Tonkin Gulf is a large body of water in Southeast Asia, bordered by Vietnam, China, and Hainan Island. It is most famously known for the Gulf of Tonkin Incident in August 1964, which involved alleged attacks on U.S. destroyers by North Vietnamese patrol boats. This incident led to the passage of the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which authorized President Lyndon B. Johnson to significantly escalate U.S. military involvement in the Vietnam War.

    2. You should see a doctor and historian.
What does bombing speed boats which are not attacking US vessels in international waters and there is no resolution from Congress of a state of war have to do with Tonkin Gulf?!

    3. It's generally understood that the US provoked the North Vietnamese into attacking their ships so they could authorize military involvement. Even then, Johnson was clear enough to call it an "action" and not a "war" to get around congressional approval.
Point is that the US doesn't have a problem setting things up to give themselves an excuse to attack their enemies. And given Venezuela's vicious Jew-hatred and support for our worst enemies, you're once again showing your Trump Derangement Syndrome by running cover for them.
