  2. "Beautiful. Bill Barr is focused on punishing the revealed evil in American cities. God bless Bill Barr America and Israel."
Nope!Barr has only one concern - protecting Trump - not the USA!

The White House asked the Justice Department to take over the defense of President Donald Trump in a defamation lawsuit filed by a woman who has accused Trump of sexual assault in the 1990s, Attorney General William Barr said Wednesday.

“After starting in Kansas City, Operation Legend expanded to Chicago two weeks later and has now acted in nine major cities. As part of the operation the federal government has dispatched over 1,000 of our most skilled agents to help state and local law enforcement fight violent crime. Over the past two months, federal agents involved in Operation Legend have made more than 2,500 arrests, many for violent crimes, including homicide and sexual assault. One of these arrests came on August 13 when Kansas City Police, with the support of the FBI and the U.S. Marshals, arrested the suspected murderer of LeGend Taliferro, the four-year-old boy who inspired the operation’s name. In addition to those arrested, the arrests, the 2,500 arrests I’ve mentioned, federal prosecutors have brought federal criminal charges, federal criminal charges, against 600 defendants through Operation Legend. Bringing federal charges is significant because defendants arrested for violent crimes are often detained before trial, unlike state defendants who are too often released. In addition, federal defendants will face serious sentences if convicted with a real possibility of longterm imprisonment at the Bureau of Prisons facility out of state. Knowing that, many of the arrestees cooperate with the government and lead to even more violent offenders such as leaders of gangs or drug organizations.” Bravo Bill Barr!
Your claim: “Barr has only one concern - protecting Trump - not the USA” is a red herring. Red Herring. This fallacy consists in diverting attention from the real issue by focusing instead on an issue having only a surface relevance to the first. Barr says that he has one concern the safety of American. You know what’s inside Barr’s head? Who cares what’s inside Barr’s head? The reality is that Bill Barr is focused on punishing the revealed evil in American cities. Your post “Bill Bar Again Tries to Protect & Defend Donald Trump, This Time in E. Jean Carrol Defamation Suit” is a red herring.

  5. “Bill Bar Again Tries to Protect & Defend Donald Trump” Red herring to divert attention from Bill Bar September 9, 2020:

Allow me my letter today to NYS Ct of Appeals:
“1.I request permission to make this motion for reargument of motion number 352 June 29, 2020 dismissed on September 10, 2020. I'm acting pro se. I'm including a notice of motion and an affidavit of service with attached UPS proof of mailing. I'm sending an original and 1 copy, securely bound, to the NYS Court of Appeals 20 Eagle Street Albany, New York 12207 USA Phone: (518) 455-7700. I'm sending true copies (2 sets) to Susan. I request the Court to accept my papers without notarization since, in Israel, a US citizen can only get court acceptable notarizations from the US embassy by appointment, and none are available now. I request poor person relief. I request exemption from companion digital filling.
2.New York's highest appellate court was established to articulate statewide principles of law in the context of deciding particular lawsuits. The Court thus generally focuses on broad issues of law as distinguished from individual factual disputes. There is no jurisdictional limitation based upon the amount of money at stake in a case or the status or rank of the parties. The NYS Constitution states:...
3.Decisions September 10, 2020: MOTIONS Mo. No. 2020-352 Susan Aranoff, Respondent, Gerald Aranoff, Appellant. Motion for leave to appeal dismissed upon the ground that the paper sought to be appealed from is not an order or judgment appealable to the Court of Appeals (see CPLR 5512).
    4.CPLR 5512:...
5.500.24 Motions for Reargument of Appeals, Motions and Decisions on Certified Questions:..
6.The basis of my argument in support for this motion for reargument of motion number 352 June 29, 2020 dismissed on September 10, 2020 is simple. Overt glaring acts of forgery, lies, and judicial fraud are so manifest in my papers---the Court must, out of fairness and the NYS Constitution, must grant my motion for reargument. Whether or not I have an appealable paper is a red herring.
7,I ask that the NYS Court of Appeals calendar the present motion.”
