A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered
Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the case against former Trump national
security adviser Michael Flynn, a possible conclusion to a long-running
political fight.
Despite Flynn twice pleading guilty for lying to the FBI about his conversations with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak
during the presidential transition, the Justice Department moved last
month to dismiss the case against him. Sullivan did not immediately act,
instead asking for a review of the decision.
If unchallenged with further appeals, the ruling exonerates Flynn after he sought to change his plea and claimed innocence.

“Wednesday was a good day for former national security adviser Michael Flynn, after a against him. It was an even better day for American justice and the principle of separated powers that undergirds it. In a 2-1 ruling, Judges Neomi Rao and Karen Henderson granted Mr. Flynn’s request for a writ of mandamus directing federal Judge Emmet Sullivan or a replacement to dismiss the case as the Justice Department has requested.”
Tuesday was a good day for me. The NYS Court of Appeals gave me a motion number 2020-352 return date June 29, 2020. They acknowledge receipt of every document I sent them May-June 2020. They promise to summit all my documents to the court on June 29, 2020. Hopefully the NYS Court of Appeals will exonerate me from any wrong doing. CNN reports that “the ruling exonerates Flynn.” We Trump and Netanyahu supporters always knew that Flynn was not to be blamed in the least for any wrong doing. I, too, am not to be blamed for any wrong doing in the least. Aaron Freidman is also not to be blamed for any wrong doing in the least. Not so ORA.
