It seems, after looking into it a little bit, that there is some dishonesty and deception here, in an attempt to vilify the Gerer establishment more than the truth calls for. By calling this castration, it implies that it causes permanent loss of libido. That isn't true. It wears off over time. So while a wrong has been done, it isn't anywhere near the level being presented.
