MAJOR highlight... Kids really looking forward...
Very easy, and simchas Yom Tov in the "old fashioned"/ "good tasting meat" way too.
$13.99 Worth every penny.

Strange, it's regular meat, yet the video seems revolting.

ReplyDeleteThis past Chag my family actually had cheek meat in the Sukkah. It is very good. I am of the western S&P flavor of Sephardi Jew and was raised with this dish in my family as a treat for special occasions. It is definitely worth it. Also, it falls right off of the bone when cooked properly; consequently, there is no reason to serve the dish with anything but the meat itself and any garnish and sides you might like. Obviously most Jews in the U.S. will only find it prepackaged in a sealed plastic package with no bone at all.
