Hegseth and Rubio Grudgingly Admit Bomb Intel Leak Is True

Two of Donald Trump’s top allies admitted a bombshell leak about the Iran strikes was true Wednesday.

But they then attacked leakers behind the release of the intelligence report that undercut the president’s claims about the success of U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

Speaking on Wednesday in the Netherlands, where Trump is attending a NATO summit, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Secretary of State Marco Rubio mounted an aggressive counteroffensive after a leaked preliminary Pentagon assessment said the bombings likely only...

  1. The government in Israel said Iran may have enough uranium to make nine bombs. Let's assume that the actual number is somewhere between five and ten bombs, since it seems unlikely the exact amount is known outside of the scientists and leaders (or what's left of them) in Iran.

However, enriched uranium the Iranians have has to be enriched further. That will take several months.

That is why the experts predict the setback to the nuclear bomb program is several months.

But once the Iranians have uranium enriched to 90%, they still have to build a test bomb to make sure they got it right.

So that means they have to use up some of their uranium stockpile to test their prototype bomb.

Furthermore, the intelligence services of the U.S. and other countries have likely infiltrated the Iranian nuclear program and Iranian military.

So now the job of totally eliminating the ability of the Iranians to make a bomb is within reach. Their ability to produce more enriched uranium has been just about completely degraded. The job now becomes simpler: find the enriched uranium and capture or destroy it.

Something tells me that Iran is not going to simply put an untested atomic bomb prototype on a missile and shoot it al Tel Aviv. It seems to me there is a high likelihood the missile would be shot down and, even not, it might be a dud.

The bottom line is that Donald Trump was possibly right when he said during last summer's debate that if Kamala Harris becomes president there would not be a State of Israel in two years.

It's because of Donald Trump and the military he commands, in loose coordination with the military in the Land of Israel, that Iran's nuclear program is in shreds.

  2. Hypocrisy on your part. Until now, Hegseth and Rubio were villains incapable of telling the truth but now they're saying what you want to hear - that Bibi and Trump really accomplished nothing so suddenly they're trustworthy sources.
