US Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell on Saturday criticized former US President Donald Trump and said that he was "practically and morally responsible" for his supporters' deadly attack on the Capitol.
The speech came shortly after the Senate acquitted Trump on charges of “inciting insurrection” at his impeachment trial. McConnell voted in favor of acquitting Trump.
“McConnell criticizes Trump after Senate acquittal” No. Allow me to quote from Esther 5:9-14 where Zeresh and Hama’s friends advise Haman to hang Mordecai who was always good to Haman .
ReplyDelete“That day Haman went out happy and light-hearted ויצא המן ביום ההוא שמח וטוב לב. But when Haman saw Mordecai in the king’s gate בשער המלך;, and Mordecai did not rise or stir on his account, Haman was filled with rage at him. Nevertheless Haman controlled himself, and went home. He sent for his friends and his wife Zeresh, and Haman told them about his great wealth את כבוד עשרו, and his many sons ורב בניו, all about how the king promoted him, and advanced him above the officials and the king’s courtiers. What is more said Haman Queen Esther gave a feast, and besides the king she did not have anyone but me. And tomorrow too am I invited by her along with the king. Yet all this means nothing to me וכל זה איננו שוה לי, every time I see that Jew Mordecai sitting in the palace gate בשער המלך. Then his wife Zeresh and all his friends said to him, Let a stake be put up יעשו עץ גבה, fifty cubits high, and in the morning ask the king to have Mordecai impaled on it ויתלו את מרדכי עליו. Then you can go gaily with the king to the feast. The proposal pleased וייטב הדבר Haman; and he had the stake put up ויעש העץ.”
Big mistake Zeresh and Hama’s friends made. My theory big mistake the impeachment #2 of Trump. Why? First ,Trump always did good for America. Second evidence and testimony are coming out that Biden/Harris stole the election. Contrary to McConnel’s claim of wild falsehoods:
Big mistake Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell took to the Senate floor to try to bury Mr. Trump’s political future and salvage the Republican Party’s brand from the legacy of Jan. 6.
The Kentucky Republican made it clear he had cut all ties to the former president because of wild falsehoods: “Mr. McConnell called the mob’s Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol a disgrace and laid the blame squarely on Mr. Trump. “They did this because they’d been fed wild falsehoods by the most powerful man on earth because he was angry he lost an election.” he said.
I just finished reading a powerful 2019 book by Kate Furnivall “The Guardian of Lies.’’ Biden/Harris and supporters are such liars, wow. Last week’s parsha משפטים: “Keep far from a false charge מדבר שקר תרחק; do not bring death on those who are innocent; for I will not acquit the wrongdoer.” (Exodus 23:7). Kate Furnivall’s book has a happy ending, all the lies are exposed an all the liars punished.
