At most, Monday’s decision by the Jerusalem District Court to extradite alleged sex offender Malka Leifer to Australia can be viewed as the beginning of the end of the saga, but not the end itself.
Leifer
will not be extradited for at least several months, and if the case is
not expedited, her extradition could take more than a year.
That the Pro-Pedo Israeli Supreme Court had not extradited her until now was already a travesty of justice and points to very strong suspicions about the various supreme court judges' predilections that influenced this and other decisions like it.
ReplyDeleteWhy are you saying that it is pro-pedo?
ReplyDeleteSad. I can't understand why, after all the appeals and appeals of appeals, now that a decision is made that it can't be implemented immediately? Why does this ongoing chilul haShem have to be dragged out?

ReplyDeleteBecause of their actions in this case and many other previous cases where they refuse to extradite convicted and accused pedos. Why do you think so many American pedophiles flee to Israel? Because the Israeli Supreme Court almost always refuses to extradite them
ReplyDeleteagainst the law?
