Israeli security is excellent because it doesn't waste time with politically correct concerns. If you have an Arab name at the airport, you get extra screening and no shouts of "racism!" will change that. Perhaps this will apply to the Chareidi sector now. Even as the virus spreads throughout their community and a minority continue to blatantly ignore the rules, the leadership screams "Don't you blame us!" A leadership that now has members in quarantine, by the way, after reports of ignoring public health edicts. At some point secular Israel is going to simply say that they've had enough.
The hareidi shepherds are not wise enough to protect their sheep, so the king has to step in.
