Firstly, you ignore halacha, as indeed does mr Glazerson. The halacha, lefi HaRambam in Hilchot melachim says don't get involved in various midrashim, and not to predict the end. This is the only aspect of the 3 oaths he brings down in halachic discourse, also in his letter which you cited (Shmad).

Lombardy region in Italy is the worst hit place in the world. I checked an astrological chart, however, and Mercury in Sagittarius saturn fading is in 2022.
So both the Ralbag and the Nostradamus made predictions of plagues within 1-2 years of the actual events! Astrology is not that accurate!
